I currently reside at Martinique Terrace.  Since I moved in, August of 2005, I've had nothing but great experiences here.  From the staff to maintenance everyone really cares about my needs.  I have referred my own cousin to Martinique Terrace and she lives just down the street from me.  One of the greatest benefits of living here other than the quality of life, is the convenience of being between downtown Indianapolis and downtown Greenwood.  With a community like this, I know I've got all the luxuries of having a home with none of the worries that come with one!"
