- This position requires working either every weekend OR every other weekend, depending on the number of part-time leasing employees at any given community

- Required to work most holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas excluded) OR alternate every other holiday, depending on the number of part-time leasing employees hired at any given community

Groundsperson
- Both full and part-time positions available (depending on the particular community)

- Flexible schedules often offered
- Perfect position for retired persons and/or college students
- Knowledge of plants/landscaping helpful
- No mowing required (contracted out)
- Little or no tree trimming required (contracted out)
- Must be able to handle and operate gas and/or electric hedge trimmers, weedeater, other grounds and some snow removal equipment (street snow removal contracted out)
- Several grounds and/or light maintenance assistance and/or punch-out duties may be required
- Must be a self-starter and a motivated worker
- Must be able to follow directives given by supervisors and have a willing, good attitude toward staff and residents
- Must be honest and dependable
