An amazing amount of work has been going on at Creek Bay since you bought the property late last year….at times it seemed like too much all at one time, but the results have been great. Streets have been fixed, new parking spots, new signs (nice new logo!), hallways have been updated and the pool is open with resort-like furniture. We cannot wait until the fitness center is open, too. Maintenance has been spot-on! Thank you for all you’ve done to improve this community.

I want to thank you and Muesing Management for wanting to improve our community. There has been so much work done in the past few weeks, that we’re both anxious to see what additional improvements are planned. Less than 24-hours since I spoke with the manager about an issue, the problem was resolved! My wife and I love living here and it’s just a pleasure to see an owner who is willing to put money and effort into our community. Thank you again.
