Do you like living at your
Muesing Management community? Go ahead - tell as many
friends or associates as you like! If they rent an
apartment or townhome from Muesing, you'll earn a referral
reward.
You soon see that it really pays to tell others how
happy you are living in your Muesing Management apartment or
townhome!
Note: If an applicant is
being referred by a current resident of our community, they
must, at the time they apply, write in the area provided on
the lease application the name and address of the resident
who referred them in order for that resident to be eligible
for the referral concession offered by Management.
Failure to do so voids all rights to future claims by the
current resident, and Management will not honor the
concession at a later date.

 Muesing
Management offers resident incentive programs such as
monthly $50.00 "Early Bird" drawings for
residents who prepay their rent. Contact your
community office staff for details!
 Enter
the "Prettiest Patio and
Balcony" Contest!"
You can win rent
concessions for the prettiest patio and balcony contest
(with rent concession prizes also being rewarded for 2nd
place and runner-up categories) at participating communities
each spring. Contact
any Muesing Management Company community, their spring
newsletter for details or to inquire as to whether they
particapate!
Resident
Appreciation Day!
 We
also host a Resident Appreciation Day
a couple of
times a year where the staff passes out donuts, juice,
coffee, newspaper, etc. as you leave the community on your
way to work. Some communities even opt to serve entire
breakfasts' at their clubhouse on designated mornings.
Whatever the incentive, it's our way of saying "THANK
YOU" for residing at one of our many apartment
communities.
