Martinique Terrace is expertly located on US-31 South, also referred to as South East Street; between Banta and Southport Roads.

From I-465, take the US-31 South exit (#2-B).  Continue south on US-31 approximately two miles, passing Banta Road.  Martinique Terrace is ahead, on your left side.
