Spacious apartments and a wonderful staff made it easy to choose Martinique Terrace.  I've never rented before, but the office staff made the process easy and painless.  Any issues I have reported were taken care of within 24 hours.  I'm a health nut and having a 24 hour fitness center on the grounds saves me time, money and is great for my schedule.  I would definitely recommend Martinique Terrace Apartments to anyone looking for a terrific apartment community."
